LifeCoach：自分で決めようとしすぎ、誰かに言われたら、「やります！」でもいいんですよ。
クライアント：散々提案を言われて動けないなら、自分で決めなきゃって思ってました。
LifeCoach：だから、動けないんですよ。
クライアント：あれ、じゃあ私、今何を言われてるの？
LifeCoach：他人から提案されたことに、「はい、やってみまーす！」って、乗ればいいだけ。
クライアント：そうですね。
LifeCoach：それこそ自我が入ってないんだから、高次元からのサインですよ。
LifeCoach: It's okay to not decide everything on your own. If someone suggests something, just saying "I'll do it!" is perfectly fine.
Client: I thought I had to decide for myself if I couldn't move forward after hearing so many suggestions.
LifeCoach: That’s why you can’t move forward.
Client: Wait, so what am I being told right now?
LifeCoach: Just go along with what others suggest and say, "Yes, I’ll try it!"
Client: That makes sense.
LifeCoach: Exactly, when you do that, you’re not letting your ego get in the way. It's a sign from a higher dimension.
私の部屋の滅多に花をつけることのないホヤ：サクラランが、豪華絢爛に開花した日。長年のクライアントさんとの久しぶりの対面セッションを私の部屋で行いました。このセッションでは、自分で決断することの限界と、他人のアイデアを受け入れることのメリットについて深い洞察を得ることができました。
On the day my rarely blooming Hoya, the Sakuraran, burst into extravagant bloom, I held a face-to-face session with a long-time client in my room. During this session, we gained deep insights into the limitations of making decisions on our own and the benefits of embracing other people's ideas.
上記のやり取りは、セッションが始まってわずか6分後のことでした。
クライアントさんは、現在の困難について語っていました。彼女は自分で決めようとするあまり、行動を起こすことができなくなっていたのです。周りの人々は彼女にさまざまな提案をしていましたが、それらを自分の中で否定し続けることで、行動不能に陥っていました。
This exchange took place just six minutes into the session. The client was discussing her current difficulties. She had become unable to take action because she was trying too hard to make decisions on her own. Although people around her had been making various suggestions, she continued to dismiss them internally, which led her to a state of inaction.
私は、自分の経験から得た教訓を共有しました。私の多くの決断は、他人の提案に基づいて行われたものです。例えば、私が現在夢中になっているTシャツ作りは、私の英会話の先生が米国のプラットフォームを紹介してくれたことがきっかけでした。また、アパレル店長時代に、コーチングを学ぶきっかけも、前職の上司がコーチングの本をくれたことでした。
I shared a lesson from my own experiences with her. Many of my decisions have been based on others' suggestions. For instance, my current passion for T-shirt making began when my English teacher introduced me to a platform in the United States. Also, during my time as an apparel store manager, the reason I started learning about coaching was because my former boss gave me a book on coaching.
私のアプローチは、他人からのアイデアに素直に従うことで、新しい可能性を発見するというものです。これは、自我を超え、高次元とつながるための一歩でもあります。
My approach involves sincerely following ideas from others, which allows me to discover new possibilities. This is also a step towards transcending the ego and connecting with a higher dimension.
セッション後、私はクライアントさんに誘われる形で美術展に行きました。本来は特に興味がなかった展示でしたが、これこそが「自我のない人」の行動です。この展示は、廃材を使って作品を制作する黒人アーティストのもので、「無から有を生み出す」ことを体現していました。このコンセプトは、この日のセッションと驚くほどリンクし、彼女の考え方に新たな変化をもたらしたことでしょう。
After the session, I was invited by my client to visit an art exhibition. Originally, I had no particular interest in the exhibit, but this is indeed the action of a "selfless person." The exhibition featured works by a Black artist who creates art using discarded materials, embodying the concept of "creating something from nothing." This concept remarkably linked with our session that day, likely bringing about a new change in her way of thinking.
美術館のショップでは、Tシャツなどのグッズが販売されており、最近私はオリジナルART Teeを作るようになったので、Tシャツの素材の説明や、デザインについて、彼女に説明をすることができました。「何でも作れそうと思っている自分がいます」と彼女は言い、セッション後の変化を実感されていました。
At the museum shop, merchandise such as T-shirts was available for sale. Since I recently started making original ART Tees, I was able to explain the materials used for the T-shirts and their designs to her. She said, "I feel like I can make anything," indicating that she was experiencing a change following our session.
森美術館の後、六本木ヒルズでのラグジュアリーなウインドウショッピングを楽しみ、麻布台ヒルズへ思いつきで行くことにしました。すると、偶然にも、麻布台ヒルズの本屋で、そのアーティストの本が目の前に現れました。 しかもその一角は、様々なアーティストの、ユニークでスタイリッシュなデザインの施された本が置かれていたのです。この一連のセレンディピティは、彼女の創造的なマインドをさらに刺激しました。
After visiting the Mori Art Museum, we enjoyed some luxurious window shopping in Roppongi Hills and then decided on a whim to go to Azabudai Hills. By chance, at a bookstore in Azabudai Hills, a book by that artist appeared right before us. Moreover, that section of the bookstore was filled with books featuring unique and stylish designs from various artists. This series of serendipitous events further stimulated her creative mind.
この日の経験から、私たちは自己決定と他者の提案の間の適切なバランスが、より充実した人生につながることを再認識しました。他人との交流を通じて、新たな発見や自己発見を促進することが、個人の成長と幸福に不可欠なのだと思います。
From the day's experiences, we were reminded that finding the right balance between making our own decisions and embracing suggestions from others leads to a more fulfilling life. I believe that interacting with others and facilitating new discoveries and self-discovery are essential for personal growth and happiness.
自分をなくし、宇宙の声に耳を傾けること。あなたのすぐ隣のひとが、宇宙からのメッセージを通訳してくれるかもしれませんよ！
Erase the self and listen to the voice of the universe. The person right next to you might be interpreting a message from the cosmos for you!
