How to zone out and get into the zone.

Dear, Readers,
Don’t take a nap now on the train,
close your eyes and get into the zone!

Two weeks ago, I started meditating as a daily routine.
As I already have been doing 1D1U to make my personal foundation,
I found I didn’t have any idle thoughts from day 1.

At day 7 I saw purple lights in my mind so I was scared and gobsmacked!
According to Google, it’s astral lights which means I could visualize my concentration.

When I went to a piano recital,
I used to listen to my idle thoughts rather than the piano sounds.

But recently my way of thinking has changed, I can get into the zone.
If I focus on doing something, a great idea comes to me,
I improve my productivity and I feel I’ve got more free time.

What did I do?

I think I do yoga, go to my singing lessons
and take English Callan lessons online and that leads me to get into the zone.

At singing lessons I sing the same line many times
because they say “Practice makes perfect.”
But now, the hardest part is over. I can do abdominal breathing
and I learned each single word and sound are important.
As I have to focus on singing my frustration goes away automatically.

The reason I started doing yoga was to break my hasty habits.
My body was stiff so when I kept yoga poses I couldn’t think of anything in my mind
but, that’s the Yoga, I thought.

I discovered a spiritual state of nothingness naturally.

At English Callan lessons I have to repeat completely sentences
that my teacher says without looking at the textbook.
So I make a mistake very easily and that drove me mad.
So I have to take the lesson with my camera off, to hide my frustrated face.

After the lesson I sometimes blame myself. I accept my emotion
and then I try to think of how to get into the zone.
I noticed that to concentrate well I should think about nothing except what I’m doing now.
It’s like yoga.

A flow happens only when you do something challenging.
It’s important to set up my working environment accordingly.
You have to stay at your task until you are done.
And you should last there doing it for at least an hour everyday.

“No pain, No gain.” I feel painful and then I feel so accomplished.
I do the same things everyday and get into the zone.
