Unstoppable Growth: The Symphony of Habits and Time Compression
“Is there anything you should quit?” I was asked during my coaching session the other day. After some thought, I responded with a pondering “Hmm”. Known for what I call my ‘Symphony of Habits’, I relish in orchestrating multiple activities simultaneously, enjoying those moments where they intersect to create peak results.
Symphony of Habits
The book I wrote using ChatGPT in November is a product of the intersection of coaching, mental care, and English language skills. It led to the publication of an English book on Kindle, an extension of my habitual practices. This was something unimaginable to me a decade ago.
Compressed File Method
I haven’t quit anything, instead continuously starting new endeavors, adopting what I call a ‘Compressed File’ method. As my skills grow, I need less effort than before, enabling ‘compression’. For example, coaching initially required study and self-exploration, but as I got accustomed, it demanded less focus on these aspects, creating room for new pursuits.
Impact of ChatGPT
Last year, the emergence of ChatGPT significantly eased the preparation and operation of my 1D1U kit. Illustration production became unnecessary, and feedback could be managed cooperatively with ChatGPT. This allowed me space to contemplate and enhance my 1D1U Camp, leading to the evolution of this kit.
Client’s Story
Recently, a client who hadn’t used my content for 15 years approached me. She had returned to work post-childbirth and felt discontented repeating her old tasks. My feedback to her was, “Since you can already do what you’ve done in the past, why not focus less on that and make things easier?” Her actions were actually a source of stress. Starting something new releases dopamine, making people feel enjoyment at a cellular level.
Conclusion
We should place what we can do into a compressed folder and focus on new endeavors. Pursuing enjoyment brings synergistic effects for further growth. Let’s create room for new challenges and continually make things easier. I want to share the joy and growth that come from embracing new challenges. This year, why not adopt the compressed method and unhesitatingly add new things?
