AIを使いこなすには、問いを導く人間の知性が必要。

ChatGPTもいる。MyGPTも使ってる。

毎朝の対話も、講座づくりも、記事執筆も、日々AIと一緒に進めている。

だからこそ考えていた。「コーチって、もういらないのかもしれない。でもAIができることをやりつくした先に、人間のコーチは何ができるのだろうか？」と。だから、私はAIを使って何ができるのかをすごい勢いで試し続けている。答を出すために。

そしてようやく、先日の20分セッションで、その問いの答えが見えてきた。

ある教材をつくったクライアントさんが、「これ、難しくないかな？ちゃんと使ってもらえるかな？」と心配していた。

私が作ったMyGPTのDr.Simonにも相談していたらしいけれど、どうしても腑に落ちないままだったという。

そこで私が投げかけたのはこんな視点だった。「これは“モニター企画”ですよね？だったら、教材の完成度じゃなくて、“初日と最終日で人がどう変化したか”に注目してみては？」

その瞬間、クライアントさんの声が明らかに変わった。

ああ、そこか、と。視点が変われば、抱えていた重さも変わる。

AIはとても優秀だ。でも、問いを立てること、視点を変えること、そのプロセスには、やっぱり人との対話が必要なんだと思う。

AIのために、コーチがいる。

AIを使いこなすには、問いを導く人間の知性が必要なのだと、

今日は、はっきりと実感した。

私が問を渡す役割を担えるのだと。

To Master AI, We Need Human Intelligence That Leads with Questions

I use ChatGPT. I use MyGPT.

Every morning dialogue, course creation, article writing — everything I do, I do alongside AI.

That’s why I used to wonder:

"Maybe coaches are no longer needed. But if AI can do everything, what is left for human coaches?"

Driven by this question, I kept experimenting rapidly to discover what’s truly possible with AI — seeking the answer.

And finally, during a 20-minute session the other day, I began to see that answer take shape.

A client who had created a learning resource was worried:

“Is this too difficult? Will people really be able to use it?”

They had even consulted Dr. Simon, the MyGPT I built — but they still couldn't feel fully at ease.

So I offered this perspective:

“This is a monitor program, right? If so, maybe it’s not about the perfection of the material, but about how much the person changes between Day 1 and the final day?”

The moment I said that, their voice noticeably changed.

Ah, that’s it, they realized.

Change your perspective, and the weight you were carrying also shifts.

AI is incredibly capable.

But when it comes to crafting questions, changing perspectives, and moving through that process — dialogue with another human is still essential.

Coaches exist for AI.

To truly harness AI’s power, we need human intelligence that can lead with the right questions.

Today, I felt that — clearly and deeply.

And I realized…

That I can be the one who offers those questions.
