Life is like a game. So I made a “Power dice” for the next 1D1U camp! When you are at a crossroads, throw the dice. What does it say?
人生はゲームのようです。そこで、次回の1D1U Campのために、”Power dice”を作りました。岐路に立たされた時、サイコロを振ってください。サイコロは、何と言ってますか？
華道のお稽古を始めて4か月。思ったよりも難しく感じています。先生に教科書を読みなさいと言われて、線を引きながら読んでみました。しかし、実際にいけてみると、教科書を全く理解していないことに気がつきました。思考停止になり、毎回のお稽古は、居心地の悪い感じです。
I've been taking Ikebana lessons for 4 months. I feel it’s more difficult than I thought. My teacher said, “You should read the textbook many times.” So I read and underlined a lot. But, when I tried to arrange flowers, I noticed I didn’t understand the textbook at all. My mind froze. I felt awkward every lesson.
「どうすれば、頭に入るのか」
“How do I memorize?”
そういえば、もう一つのメルマガ『セッション』の中で、「優位感覚」について書いています。私は、新しいことを始めるとき、自分で試しながらやることがしっくりきますし、やりながらなんとかなっていきます。そして、頭でイメージしたことを、現実に落とし込むことが得意です。ですので、「花型図」を書き、そこにナンバリングするのがよさそうです。花を活けるときには、頭の中でデザインを視覚化します。私が頭の中で何を考えているか、誰も知りません。私だけの秘密。面白そうじゃないですか！
By the way, I wrote about VAK learning styles in my other newsletter. When I am learning a new skill, I am comfortable giving it a try myself and work it out as I go. And it’s easy for me to visualize images in my mind and then I can make it real. So I should draw diagrams and number them. When I arrange flowers, I can visualize the plan in my mind. Nobody knows what I imagine. It’s my secret, That’s fun!
私の友人が言いました。「ゲーム感覚で学ぶと、楽しく勉強できるよね。それに、いつもあなた、ゲームみたいにして楽しんでいるよね」 そのとおりです！リラックスできていないと、問題解決のアイデアは浮かびません。自分をジャッジしてしまうし、結果に執着したり、他人のことも気になってしまいます。もし、ゲームのようだったら、自分の考えもどんどん発展させることができるのです。
My friend said, “ If you learn as if you are playing then, it's easy to keep studying. Looks like you are always having so much fun like a game. “ That’s true! If I have not come up with any ideas for a solution, I can’t relax. I judge myself and tend to care too much about results and others. If I play like it’s a game. I can develop my opinions.
続けて友人が言いました。「自分が楽しんでいないと、相手に伝わらないよね」と。私の華道も、そのうち説得力のあるものになるといいです！
And my friend said,"If you don't enjoy it, your idea certainly won't be conveyed to others." I hope my Ikebana will have the ability to affect people.
