インスピレーションのない即興はありません。なので、即興ではない場合、インスピレーションや、手持ちのコマを無視しているのでしょう。人や自分の周りのものと、改めてつながってみましょう。
There is no improvisation without inspiration. So if you are not improvising then you could be ignoring inspiration, ignoring what is around you. Let’s reconnect with people and objects around us!

When you improvise cooking with what you had in the fridge or you improvise playing with children, you must observe objects to do it. And also before persuading others, you should listen to them carefully before giving feedback. Jazz is an improvisatory art. The players must listen to each other and adjust their performance to the other players.
