スタンディングデスクになってから、半年くらい経過し、長時間座ると足が固まって痛くなることがありましたが、今は皆無です！ フォームローラーに乗りながら、タイピングができるほど、体幹も鍛えられました。
I've been standing at my desk for about six months now. My legs used to get stiff and sore before, but not anymore. I've also improved my core strength to the point where I can type even though I'm standing on my foam roller.

However, the other day I got a tension headache for the first time in a long time. So I decided that I should make time to sit down once in a while, so I rethought my work environment.
机の位置を変えたら、今まで何の役目も果たしていなかった白い壁が、急にスクリーンのよう見えたのです。新しい壁を使って、ミニプロジェクターで映画を観たら、いい感じではないですか！ しかしプロジェクターが古くなってきたので、急に買い替えをしたくなってきました。
I changed the position of my desk and the white wall, which had been serving no purpose, suddenly looked like a screen! I used the new wall to watch a movie on a mini-projector, and it was great! But the projector was getting old and I suddenly wanted to buy a new one.
早速、最新のラインキングチェック。知らない間に時代が変化し、プロジェクターが、プロジェクターでなくなっていたのです？！ (笑)
I immediately checked out the latest line-up. Before I knew it, times had changed and projectors were no longer projectors.

翌日には届き、早速開封！ 白い箱には何もボタンがなく、入っているのはスマートなリモコンだけ。説明書を読む必要もなく、新しいホテルに備えつけの最新TVを操作するような気分で、ファーストムービーに『La La Land!』を選びました！
It arrived the next day and I opened it up quickly! There were no buttons on the white box, just a smart remote control. I didn't even have to read the manual, it was like operating the latest TV in a new hotel, and I chose "La La Land!”
部屋の中で一番大きな壁に投影しました。iPhoneもスピーカーもつなげる必要がありません！ 宇宙のように無限な魔法の箱を壁に向けるだけです！ 老舗のスピーカーから、”Another Day of Sun”が流れてきました。
I projected it on the biggest wall in the room, no need to connect an iPhone or speakers! Just point the magic box like the Universe at the wall! "Another Day of Sun" came through the venerable speakers.

大人になると、未知との遭遇が少なくなってきます。一方、子供はすべてが新しいものですから、目を輝かせながら、プレゼントを開封します。このプロジェクターは私に、そんな子供心を思い出させました。ガジェット好きは、アンチエイジングですね。(笑)
