ChatGPT's Limitations and Human Synergy: Exploring Innovative Feedback
■ Questions from SHS (1D1U Camp Sunday Mass):
This time, the online camp's comment feedback was upgraded to include inputs from both the leader and ChatGPT. What aspects are you looking for that ChatGPT might overlook? The addition of just a line or a few lines from the leader reduced the sense of formality and added a realness that was missing when it was only ChatGPT. These few lines are very effective.
A.
1. Firstly, ChatGPT can provide positive feedback based on the comments received, reveal truths, and offer words of encouragement. While humans can also do this, it can sometimes feel unnatural if done excessively. The advantage of AI doing this is that it comes across as pure and without ulterior motives.
2. ChatGPT can only respond based on the current comments it receives. This means ChatGPT lacks a 'timeline'. My comments include a 'timeline' and can respond based on past information or future aspirations. Especially for those with a long history of participation, I can respond more specifically. For newcomers, my reactions might be similar to that of ChatGPT.
ChatGPT, being reliant on 'current comments', cannot imagine scenarios beyond words, nor provide wisdom based on experience.
3. ChatGPT cannot experience, so it can understand empathetically but cannot empathize with emotion. This is why warmth is added to my comments.

◎ Summary
• ChatGPT can only handle current information.
• ChatGPT can provide detailed feedback on words of affirmation.
• Words of affirmation from humans can feel heavy if too abundant.
• Humans have a timeline and can understand more deeply.
• Humans can provide feedback beyond the words used, based on known information.
• ChatGPT is capable of empathetic understanding only, while humans can empathize with both emotion and content.
In conclusion, cooperation between humans and ChatGPT merges the strengths of both AI and human expertise, resulting in powerful feedback. Of course, this also depends on the collaborating humans. I am delighted to know that this new attempt is functioning well."
