Dear Readers,
A great man once said, “It’s all about the journey, not the outcome.”
I went to my nieces school open day. In the first grade, students raised their hands in a lively fashion but when their teacher pointed to a student, he said nothing. He forgot what he was going to say. And the teacher said that he should only raise his hand when he had decided what to say.
Although the teacher said that several times, some students forgot what they were going to say. Seemed like a comedy show because they enjoyed the class so much. And they learned how to raise their hand!
On the other hand, in the forth grade, students read their works in seating order. And although they knew their turn, they weren't confident, so their voices were quiet. Seemed like just reading was boring.
A client who tried to change his life made up a list that could help visualization of his unexpected future. There were two plans on that list. Plan A was the same as usual, but plan B was what he wanted to be but what he felt uncomfortable with at that time. Actually, plan B was something that he had never been able to think about until then. But then he could see his future at last and begun changing.
First, he went to work wearing less-conservative fashion but it was stylish. It was totally different to usual but what he wants to wear in his unexpected future. Co-workers said, “You look different what happened to you?” Sounded like he changed the atmosphere! He realized and said, “Imagination means nothing without doing.” I said in my mind, “Phew!”
Going to somewhere to do something and coming back home is “travel.” Moving to another location with the times is a “journey.” Life is a journey.
