Finding your mentor.

Dear Readers,

Small changes can snowball into big changes, but without a change progress is impossible.

“The day after last session I happened to see the “Doctor yellow” train which I’ve never seen before. So I thought there was a meaning in that. “

“Wow! You saw it at last. Sounds like the time has come at last! But there has been little progress in looking for a job.”

“Exactly. When I think about looking for a job, I always choose the same route as usual even though I know it isn’t right. That's not to say I don’t have any new ideas.”

“I guess you have other ideas so you can't make up your mind. What are they?”

“I think so too. Even though I think I might be wrong I just move for the time being or I think and act only for myself.”

“Recently you have been challenging yourself to try new things so you should not stick to your way of doing things. Like you choose a job just on the internet. Since you climbed Mt, Fuji, you have been having more of a connection with people. I really feel you should look for your mentor. I remember you told me you met a professor you admire.”

“Exactly. He is my role model. He sometimes emails me his recommended books.”

“That's it. You should reply like this “I want to learn a lot from you!”

“I tried to reply a while ago but there was a network disturbance.”

“Wow! You will email after this session. You’re on a roll.”

Nowadays people tend to find something on the internet too much It is useful for the first step. And then we should connect with people in real life.

The client has been changing his routine for 3 months. Before he knew it, “bosh” he had met a mentor!
