Ideas fall on me like raindrops on a mountain. They trickle down one by one to form a rushing river.
「1D1Uで夏期講習を企画します」という話をユニタスさんにはしていたのですが、内容はまだ考えていませんでした。私のひらめきアラームはいつも知りたい時に鳴るので、流れに乗ってみました。
“1D1U will plan an online summer school” I had told the Uniters that. but I hadn’t thought about the content yet. I thought my inspiration alarms always go off at the right time when I want to know, so I went with the flow.
先週のメルマガに書いた『料理の本質』のコーチングセッションは、相手の気づいていなかった思いや本質を引き出す対話となり、「ひとみさんだけですよ、そう言ってくれるのは」とクライアントさんが言いました。そういえば先月も「ひとみさんだけですよ」と友人が同じセリフを！ それを英会話の先生に話すと、That’s the name of your show! と。
Last week's newsletter was about The Essence of Cooking. That coaching session became an interactive session that brought out thoughts and essence that the client wasn't aware of. The client said to me, "You're the only one who can say that to me, Hitomi." This reminded me of my friend who said the same thing, "Only Hitomi". When I told this to my English teacher, he said, "That's the name of your show!
その対話はコーチングというよりもインタビューのようでした。私がアパレル店長だったときスタッフに、「どうやって服をコーディネートしているか？」をインタビューして、そのことをブログ記事に書いていたときのように。私自身が特別な才能を持っていなくても、生きていく道があるものです。
I found this was more of an interview than a coaching session. When I was an apparel shop manager, I used to ask my staff, "How do you coordinate your outfits?" to write a blog In short, I interviewed them and blogged about it. I realized that there was a way to live without having to know specialist knowledge.

Only 3 days left until the summer school is announced...
2週間、夏期講習のように何か習得するプログラムにしたほうがいいだろうか？ 文章がうまくなるとか、話し方がうまくなるとか？ ん・・・それじゃ、訴求性がないし、自分よりほかの人が企画したほうがいいだろう。
Should I give a program where Uniters learn something in two weeks? Do they want to improve their writing or speaking skills? Hmmm... That's not appealing, and it would be better for someone else to give it than me.
うーん。大抵の場合、答えはすでに宇宙から私のところに届いているはず。最近印象に残っているのは...そうそう、「That's name your show! Only Hitomi」。でもそのタイトルは日本人には馴染みがなく、一発でイメージが湧きにくいから、『ひとみの部屋』がいいかも！
Hmmm. Most of the time, the answer would have already arrived with me from the universe. What has impressed me lately is...oh yeah, "That's the name of your show! Only Hitomi. However, the Japanese are not familiar with it, and it's hard to get an image of it in one shot. As a Japanese, it would be "Hitomi's Room"!
まだ気づいていないその人の強みを引き出し、未来を創るための対話がコンセプト。30分のZoomで毎回2人ずつインタビューしよう。自分が実現したい未来を語ることはとても大切なことだし、協力者が見つかるかもしれないし、宇宙に届くでしょう。
Let's talk about the strengths that they haven't noticed yet and give interviews to create the future. The show is 30 minutes long and I interview 2 uniters on Zoom. It's very important to talk to people about the future that you want to make happen. Someone want to help you and the universe listens to you.
そして『ひとみの部屋』を発表しました。皆さん、出演を楽しみにしているようです。そこにはどんな「あなただけ」が発見されるのでしょうか？
And when I announced Hitomi's Room and Uniters were looking forword to appearing in the Hitomi's room. I wonder what kind of "only you" will be discovered there!
先日、ある芸人さんのYouTubeチャンネルを観ました。傾聴力がすごいなぁと感心していたら、そのコーナー名は『カジサックの部屋』と書いてありました。（笑）
I watched a comedian's YouTube the other day. I was impressed with his listening skills and the name of the show was called "The Kajsack Room".

本日より1D1U夏期講習内で『ひとみの部屋』＠Zoomを始めようと思っています。「未来を決める」＋「人に話す」ことで、どのような変化が生じてくるのか？ 実験となります！ オンラインコミュニティーも3年目だからこそ、思いつけたのかもしれません！楽しみです。
