次の質問は、「あなたの原体験は何ですか？」です。ときに人は未来の質問は答えにくいですが、既に経験したことなら答えられるもの。だんだんと子供時代を思い出していただき、青春時代のあたりまでも考えることができたようです。
The next question was “What was your most formative experience?“ Sometimes people struggled with answering questions about the future but questions about experiences they had already were easier to answer. I led them like that so they remembered their youth gradually.Then, they could think about their youth and adolescence.
なぜ、このような問いかけをしたのかというと、私自身が大学の就職活動のときに「自己分析」をかなりしたからです。そして、やる気を持って挑戦していけるような職業に私はつくことができたのです。そして今、天職を見つけました。私が選んだのではなく、天職のほうが私を見つけたのです。
The reason I asked is that when I was job hunting, I did self-analysis deeply. And then I could find a job which was motivating and that challenged me. And now I have found my calling. I didn't choose this job, it chose me.
人生の旅路は、「原体験」から始まります。原体験が未来を創り、さらに未来を創り続けるために、ヒーローに出逢うことがいつも必要なのです。子供の頃にそうしていたように。
Your journey began at your formative experiences. These experiences make your future and you always need to meet your hero to continue creating your future like you did in your youth.
答えは自分の中にあります。そのためには原体験を振り返りながら、自分史を作成してみることです。自分史には未来への伏線になる沢山の糸口があるのです。自分史を書くとき、宇宙はあなたに未来のことを既に話しかけてくるのです。それは未来になったらわかるでしょう。あなたが選ぶのではなくて、あなたが宇宙から選ばれるのです。
The answers are within you. For that, you should look back on your childhood and write your history. Your history has a lot of clues in it to things that happen later. The universe is already talking to you when you write your history and you will find it in the future. You don’t choose it, it chooses you.
